Specific Responsibility 

• Prepare, review, and implement the Khmer programme improvement plan and corresponding action plans.
• Coordinate inspections conducted by the DOE, POE, and MoEYS.
• Develop and review courseware, including assessment tools, syllabi, curricula, textbooks, and teaching materials.
• Report students’ academic performance to parents/guardians and to the DOE.
• Provide training to teachers on teaching methodologies and newly developed instructional approaches.
• Offer feedback and support to help underperforming students improve their academic results.
• Address parents’ or guardians’ concerns regarding their children’s academic performance.
• Observe teachers’ lessons and provide constructive feedback for professional improvement.
• Lead peer teaching sessions and monthly technical meetings.
• Resolve issues involving students, parents, or guardians.
• Review lesson plans, student notebooks, and other teaching and learning materials.
• Organize and prepare for Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC) and other school events.

Other Responsibilities:

• Other tasks assigned by principal.

Required Qualifications:

• Cambodian national.
• Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in education or related field.
• Pedagogy certificate from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-year experience in education preferably in an international school.
• Experience in managing a team, and willing to work with diversified international team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under tight deadlines and deliver effective result.
• Desire to learn and overcome new challenges.
• Hard working and self-motivated person, honest, reliable, loyal, responsible, and very good team work.
