Summary
Specific Responsibilities
- Design and modify admission strategies to increase the sales,
- Cooperate with the Head of School and the marketing team to boost the recruitment,
- Ensure to hit the targeted number of students at the end of each school year,
- Manage, delegate, instruct, supervise, support the admissions team’s tasks, track their progress, and ensure that they function and perform well,
- Set the admissions team member’s KPIs, review and evaluate the admissions team’s performances annually,
- Train the admissions team to ensure they master knowledge of their roles and responsibilities,
- Act as a key problem solver in the admission department,
- Plan the budget for the admissions annual expense,
- Review, revise, and update SOP and policies for the Admissions Department,
- Revise some important admissions relevant forms when needed,
- Respond to the comments/feedback on the school’s Facebook page, Instagram, etc. and contact them directly to provide some detailed information before handing the case to the admissions advisors,
- Participate in weekly management team meeting,
- Work closely with the Head of School to deal with some specific cases,
- Meet deadlines of all assigned tasks,
- Report to the Head of School who is the direct line manager,
- Follow all SISC Employee Contract and Policies, and
- Execute other assigned tasks required by the direct supervisor.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate the process of all students’ applications from submissions to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the standards set by the school, from the inquiries to the enrollments,
- Check if all applicants’ references and supporting documents are properly submitted and colelcted,
- Track the decisions after the applicants and the parents are interviewed, and support both SISC teams and the parents to deal with the process or issues,
- Liaise with other admission members, principals, and learning support manager & learning specialist to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration and enrollment decision of each student applicant,
- Work with the student affairs team (for some specific case) to deal with the parents’ concerns and complaints,
- Work together with SISC teams to help them deal and finish the withdrawal and expulsion cases,
- Support, participate, and supervise partly all the school events, especially the marketing purpose ones including the pop-up booth at the public spaces,
- Review and revise all letters/announcement/official documents that need to be sealed before sealing and getting them sent through the communication channels,
- Review all the requests from the admissions team before granted the approvals,
- Work together with HR officers to recruit admissions team members when needed,
- Work closely with the school infirmary team to deal with some specific incidents/accidents, and
- Execute other assigned tasks required by the direct supervisor.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work with the team to manage and maintain the students’ data to secure compliance with the Data Protection Act,
- Work with the school registrar to ensure that all the letters, invitations, memos, and announcements are released in a timely manner,
- Provide some enteral trainings to the admissions advisors and front desk officers,
- Work with the Marketing Manager to write and translate captions for posting on school social media,
- Work with maintenance team and marketing team to set up the school booths/spot for the events,
- Play a school MC role on the stage in some school events when needed,
- Playing a role of event organizer partly for some school and outside events,
- Work with the canteen team to deal with some cases regarding the parents’ complaints for the canteen services,
- Assist the academic team to facilitate some academic team school events,
- Work supportively with the marketing team to produce some commercial and promotional videos, and
- Lead the parents for some school tour when the admissions team members are too busy.
