Summary
Responsibilities

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the admissions front desk team (receptionists) with day-to-day operation to make sure the reception service is outstanding,
  • Assist to administrator the student’s lifecycle from prospective to registration and tour the parents around when requested,
  • Follow up with all families that have visited or inquired,
  • Assist to administrate school’s admissions procedures for the school, by giving advice to parents on admissions criteria, collect applications for admissions, and monitor criteria being applied consistently,
  • Deal with complaints from parents regarding the front desk in a timely manner,

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Deal diplomatically with telephone enquiries and visitors to the school,
  • Respond to the comments/feedback on the school’s Facebook page and contact them directly to provide detailed information,
  • Work together with the Admissions Supervisor to manage and update filling of students’ forms and complete information with all relevant documents for the enrollment
  • Coordinate with finance Department related to fee payment matters after completion of enrollment process and follow up to make sure all admissions forms have been returned back for filing record,
  • Maintains admissions related files and forms, which include confidential information,
  • Receive and facilitate the appointment and calls: respond to telephone and emails inquiries,
  • Send the updated list of permission students to the academic teams,
  • Report to the Admissions Supervisor and Admissions Manager,
  • Follow all SISC Employee Contract and Policy, and
  • Carry out other duties as may be required.

Other Additional Responsibilities

  • Decorate the event venues and support all the school events,
  • Contact the homeroom teachers/co-teachers to inform the students to pick up their staff at the reception,
  • Work close with school infirmary team to update if there is medicine from the parents for their children, and
  • Work closely with the principals and teachers who are in charge of homework club.
Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Education or another relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience related to this role
  • Computer literacy (Word, Advanced Excel skills, other application is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal/organizational skill
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Good communication skills in English and Khmer both in writing and speaking, other language is a plus
  • Physical and mental fit
  • Can-do attitude
